Joys & Desires (former known as chapel flies) is out - finally!

I received it two days ago and man do I like it. If there wasn't Porcupine Tree's Deadwing and Björk's Medulla (yeah I know 2004, but I got it a little bit late), I would call it my CD of the year. I guess many people will not like it that much, it takes a lot more time than most of you will want to invest to get into the music, but it's really worth it.

Around the RTV studio (kudos to Sebi for this picture):

There are not many things I would have done different, the live mixes actually are pretty close to what's on CD I think, although everything's a little bit cleaner, yeah I have to admit this. Anyway, I'm a little bit perplexed that Sebastian and I are not even mentioned in the booklet, if I look at the photos I have from this time, I see me sitting at the tracking desk and I remember me doing all the micing... Same applies to Sebi's part of the recording and support of the JBBG, well probably it's one of those "you don't appreciate it until it's gone" things. We'll see.
